ABOUT
THE VILLAGE PATISSERIE
The Village Patisserie was opened under its new moniker and ownership in April 2013. Formerly known as "Bee Sweet Bakery" the original location was near the Marshdale traffic circle at the intersection of Hwy 73 and Turkey Creek Canyon Road in Evergreen. Located in a 100-year old rustic 3-story cabin steeped in history, Chef Knight grew the business over the next two years until the business outgrew the Evergreen location and he moved the business to a larger location in Conifer in March of 2015. Chef Knight has also has been a Chef Instructor teaching culinary classes at The Art Institute of Denver since 2013.

Sited in the Aspen Park shopping center anchored by Big R and King Soopers, the traffic and business grew even further until Chef Knight made the tough decision in 2016 to closed the "brick and mortar" shop and reduce his business to custom orders only. This decision was made so that he could spend more time with his family and concentrating on being a father to his two children.
