CLASSES

Chef Knight offers private group and individual instruction in high-altitude baking. We have a full class schedule including high altitude, pies, cookies and more! Check out our class page for specific class topics and dates. Group classes are great for birthday parties, bachelorette parties, girl's night out or just a reason to learn with friends!

Private instruction classes start at $75 per hour. Group classes are $25 per person. (Kids classes are $20 per person). Group classes have a minimum commitment of 6 guests and a maximum of 10.

Adult classes include the ingredients and two hours hands on instruction. Kids classes include ingredients and one hour of hands on instruction. For safety, the kids classes "hands-on" is limited to the non-cooking portion of the class.
